The Prestige Max is a diesel-powered mix-and-pump station built for crews that move real material, batch after batch. A 24 HP diesel engine drives a high-shear 6.3 cu ft hydraulic mixer, a 7 cu ft hopper and a variable-speed rotor/stator pump — all on a highway-ready trailer with torsion bar suspension.
Choose the Black Titan rotor/stator for mixes with up to 3/8″ aggregate. Choose the Pro Flow rotor/stator for fine grouts, fireproofing and spray work, and add the optional onboard compressor when the job calls for spraying. An electronic water meter, programmable mixer timer and military-spec control panel keep every batch consistent and get new operators up to speed fast.
Replacing the Prestige 300, the Prestige Max handles grout, self-leveling underlayment, mortar and stucco, spray fireproofing and shotcrete — one machine for the full range of pumping and spraying work.
